The way this came about initially was a case of lemons to lemonade. I'd found that I'd overpriced the book. It was a rich-content thick paperback and I felt it was worth $18 but the market felt otherwise. So I created an audio CD which I attached to the book with a rubberband (same color as the book - not easy to find!) and for those bookstores who wanted the book alone I priced it at $9.95.
